Shine Housekeeping believes that a clean, peaceful home is not a luxury. It is something every family deserves, and something that can genuinely change the way a household feels day to day.
We came into this work not just as business owners, but as people who care deeply about our community. Over the years, spending time with immigrant and refugee families across Central Iowa showed us something we could not ignore. These were hardworking, resilient, incredibly capable women who faced enormous barriers simply because of where they had come from. We knew that if we could create the right environment, the right opportunity, and the right support, something special could grow.
That belief is what Shine is built on. And it is what drives every decision we make.
